We are looking for Care Staff

You will be providing support to adult user members, across the Colne Valley and Meltham, who may require help with personal care and all aspects of daily living. They will have a variety of needs such as reduced mobility, dementia or challenging behaviour.

You will be able to go beyond meeting basic needs and be allowed the time to enjoy making meaningful relationships with our user members and supporting them to live a fulfilling a life as possible.

The role is varied and everyday there can be a new challenge. We are looking for team members who really want to make a difference and for people who want to be a key part in having a voice in shaping social care within our community.

Competitive hourly rate of £10.20 to £14.00ph- We are a proud living wage employer
Travel time paid at £10.20 an hour
Training paid at £9.90 an hour

Mileage paid at 30p per mile

*100 hours work must be completed

**Our minimum call to our service users is 30 minutes and we have 15 minutes between calls.

We are interested in recruiting people who are thoughtful, kind and compassionate. Experience is desirable but not essential. A caring attitude is essential.
